Frasier and Niles are basically doing affected elitist accents. Pretty much no one speaks it naturally - it's not a regional accent. It's basically "faux-British".

And here's the biggest red flag you could ever find.

No Canadian would ever do that.

Her parents are in their 80s (they had her at an old age) and her sister hasnt been helping taking care of them, using the excuse that shes married and youre single. I think thats part of it. She wants a fresh start elsewhere.

That being said, Im definitely keeping my antenna up for red flags.

Im 39 and shes 35. Im getting a haircut in the morning to prepare for our zoom date in the evening. Not tryna get my hopes up too quickly but were really hitting it off.

Be sure to have your return plans set up or the border gets very upset.
