This is still the wildest thing to be about Phil lore. He has been wildly racist in the past and had no trouble throwing out what his unfiltered mind could come up with. The idea that a streamer thinks its okay to decide when and why their audience get to choose what to to do wirh their time and attention is so wild and disrespectful. It was essential a repeat of the pokemon moon rant without the direct insults.

And of course, those people who left are at fault for not hitting the goal. Because if they had stayed, even though they didnt want to, they would have thrown money his way, I guess. Which to me sounds like an admission that he psychologically battering his audience for money, and it works. How else would this claim make sense?

I mean, the other day I was watching some old Phil Street Fighter 4 footage and his excuses then were exactly the same as today. In his mind he was always right, even some 15 years ago. Phil has always been like how he is today, the difference being between then and now is that he put his life on full broadcast and we've gotten to see up close just how fucked up everything is.
