I swear it's a whole market to fake leak games. I don't think I need to explain to anyone here all the traffic people got with fake Smash Bros. character leaks. It weirdly became a thing to fake leak "Problematic" stuff with games too. I remember someone wrote up some big article and talked about how transphobic the Catherine remake was going to be because they played the Japanese early and it turned out she had made up it all after getting people to attack Atlus employees for weeks saying they better not have it in the US release.

The way the "about" is worded makes it seem like it was an addendum just so they can have a flimsy excuse to talk about this, especially since their banner is still Star Wars font and they got a porg as the logo or whatever, but OK I guess.

I can answer B easily, as sunlight is the best disinfectant when it comes to grifters like these, and despite what you claim about Grummz, hes the Lord High Fixer in the Anti-Woke Grifters Court, as the Nerdrotics and Geeks and Gamers of that crowd AKA the top dogs in that pecking order treat him like a saint due to him being an ex-Blizzard dev.

The fact that you can see cursor is already a big red flag that it's probably fake. I've sent NDA's before and I've always made sure the NDA's we sent out were password protected where no one can make edits or even copy and paste it.

That language is pretty blatantly written by someone trying to sound like an attorney.

ngl, the misgendering scene in this game is absolutely hysterical and kinda an example of really bad writing

Ya, Grummz is a Ex blizz dev who left in 2005 for reasons that have never been confirmed, went on to form a dev team that was making the game firefall before he was kicked off that team by the investors after wasting a crap ton of money and just being a failure of a team lead since almost the entire dev team seemed to hate him(he was verbally, Emotionally and physically abusive and mandated crunch while he himself would barely ever show up to the office). he would initially start off trying to claim he wasn't kicked off the dev team for wasting money but because something something china, since then he has pretty much existed on twitter screaming about woke, LGBTQ People, Praising Gamergate, Comics gate, Gamergate 2 and most recently hating on the lead dev of the indy games Tales of Kenzera:Zau to the point where recently was on a podcast with some of his buddies where he was making fun of the directors speech at the game awards where the director was talking about how the game was inspired by his late father and was being made to honor his culture while dropping some Non N-word Racial slurs

Is he some kind of attention whore?

I still don't know who this guy is.

Admittedly that's largely because I don't care.
