One in freshman year 20 years ago. I was oblivious.

One was my cousins friend. But she was 10 years older than me and lived in another country and I refuse to do long distance.

One is my co worker. But shes a single mom with 2 kids by 2 different dads so those red flags prevented me from pursuing. I still see her as a female bestie though.

It happens. Situations end up where they get their friends to orchestrate situations with me and them, or I bring another girl around and the crushees friend phonecalls her, or the girl just straight up starts kissing me, or they suggest I come over tomorrow and help them drink this bottle, write their numbers or social down unprompted, and more. One time a girl was kinda quizzing me about another girl, and I guess i gave the wrong answer for her (i was kinda seeing that other girl), and she ran away crying. All I could do is stare at her friend stunned.

Only one I know of is when I was about 13 or so. A younger sister of a friend had a pretty obvious crush on me.

A few that Ive known of in terms of prolonged crushes that didnt amount to anything. If were just talking more basic attraction, plenty of women approach me so theres that.

Id imagine most people saying no just werent aware of any, but that doesnt mean there werent any. I was oblivious to one at school until she told me about it nearly 20 years later.

I had this one girl that would pass by a place I was working and always slow down and stare in as she passed, if she didn't just come right on in.

Or another girl would occasionally come in and drop off food for me. A sandwich, or some pasta, every week or 3.

Back in my grade school days I was told a few times that different girls were interested in me by their friends. Being a shy, awkward introvert I never acted on any of these leads and now Im a 38 year old bachelor.

There was once a girl who kept trying to cuddle with me, but I turned her down because she looked like a boy (very short hair and almost nothing in the way of boobs, hips, or butt). In retrospect, though, she was probably as good a girlfriend as I could've hoped for.

Back when I was more clueless and shy, there was another girl who I noticed would always look at me in math class. Last day of class she came up and just started talking with me. I was pretty stunned, and massive fumbled it.

Similarly another time a girl and I were chilling after class, just chatty chatty, no big deal. All of a sudden her hand is on my thigh. Again, I fumbled.

There might have been one girl, but I never talked to her about it or asked about it. I really wasn't into her.

Every other girl either really didn't like me or Infantilized me. I often feel ignored or even infantilized by women even now.

One comic book store clerk girl, when I was 18, used to talk to me alot, but I didn't know why. This went on for a few weeks.

Finally she started ~almost~ blocking me from leaving the store (standing in the middle of the aisle to the exit), so much so that I pretty much had to squeeze past her to get out.

But I was too shy and didn't really fancy her regardless. (Fit, cute and bubbly enough, just not into her)
