When passers by notice it and bend down to pick it up the patrons sitting by the window laugh at them.

It's weird.

There was one on the main drag off campus when I was in college. AFAIK, it's still there. It somehow got removed one time and was replaced.

My coworker did something similar. He would sit outside of work and use a fishing line attached to a dollar bill and move it around when people tried to pick it up. It was pretty funny to watch lol >_>

My grandmother did this but with a fake baggie of weed in the store she worked at. It was catnip but she thought it was hilarious to see these people try to discreetly grab it.

Think it was glued to the floor which would lead to people more desperately but still try to be sneaky about grabbing it.
