Alan Wake 2, Metal Gear Solid 3 remake, Spider-Man 2. Was pretty good.

both, in the case of alan wake 2, tbh. the va leaked the release date himself a bit ago

I didn't even know it was happening but if that's all that was noteworthy that's pretty disappointing except for mgs3 remake

everything except like 4 games that was shown in that showcase are coming to xbox lol

spider-man 2, granblue, tower of genshin impact, and whatever revenant hill is are the only like, things exclusive to playstation they showed

Wouldn't shock me. Playstation and xbox have barely had anything interesting for the past few years. The remakes tend to be the most interesting things they have to offer lately

all xbox needs to do to win this year is just throw todd out on stage tbh

I mean, you can't really expect the showcase to come up with a bunch of new stuff to replace announcements of leaked stuff.

I'm dissappointed FF7 Rebirth wasn't here, makes me think we're not getting it this year.

I really want to play Spiderman 2 and I kinda want to play ff7r2 but I have a hard time justifying 400 on a ps5 when there's only like two exclusives I'm interested in. Xbox is even worse. Meanwhile Nintendo Switch maxed out years ago but they're still producing good games. I feel like it's possible I skip this generation entirely. Or maybe I'll get the ps5 when the 6 hype starts and then just get to the backlog that's hopefully accumulated by then

No one has anything because the pointless push for bigger and 'better' graphics, like some kind of weird arms races has been increasing dev time for AAA by over a year each generation. Just make it look pretty, give us a smooth frame rate (hell I'll take 24fps) and make more interesting games

Mgs 3 remake was all they needed. People have been spreading fake rumors of a remake or one mgs game or another for ages now. So when it finally happened people who didnt watch the showcase didnr wanna believe it
