I beat both campaigns already, will probably go back for the Hard Campaigns after Zelda.

If you could play online asynchronously I'd do it, but I can't sit down and play out a whole map against another person in real time

I really like the options they've added for Online, where you can set a turn limit and whoever has more properties at that point wins. That way, you can just do nice, little 15 turn skirmishes with a unique feel to them, since going after having just one more property can add a lot of drama to a battle.

You should check out Advance Wars By Web, it seems to be exactly what you're looking for.

I'm playing it! Not interested in online play though, sorry.

Not a fan of the new graphics, but the gameplay is as good as ever. I really only bought it to try and send a message that I'd like more of these, but this seems unlikely.

Yep, and it's fantastic. I love the music. I am hoping they will add in rando online at some point. If you wanna pm me your friend thing I would play you sometime.
