Yep. The PC client now also gives me the ability to hold the shift + normal attack buttons to continuously attack without needing to mash the normal attack button like I did on the emulator. It's less wear and tear on the controller.

I'm just gonna keep mashing the attack button because it feels more energetic than just holding it down.

Project Neural Cloud EN starts their 6 month celebration.

Because it looks cool and the gameplay looks fun and I like how it particularly has weapon customization or at least being able to swap loadouts. Also girls still look cute and hot and I wouldn't count out lewds.

By lewds in this case, I don't mean stuff like NIKKE/Destiny Child's brand of titilation, but "almost borderline hentai" like Bullet Girls Phantasia's "Intensive Drilling" mode.

I see. I don't know much about Bullet Girls Phantasia but outside of lewds I'm sure Snowbreak will offer more or different things in the actual gameplay and other elements.

They've been pushing the boundaries for a bit (Yukata llsa and the Valentines skin for Wilnas come to mind)

But yeah, this is a whole new level of it, especially with such an innocent character like Lily

Summer Sara is pretty tame (and she totally doesn't look 9 years old at this point with her updated art anyway), but Summer Andira/Anchira, Summer Io, and Yaia exist, so it's funny seeing GBF/Cygames tourists acting like this is something new, even if it's on another level of lewd.

I know Lily's been the innocent imouto/daughter-type character, or at least, she was in Dragalia, but considering she's supposed to help with repop--sorry, "propagating" the Crystalian kingdom and saving them from extinction anyway...

Alchemy Star in their dying throes teased their 2 yr anniversary, showing Carleen looking over a portrait of her mother amongst other things. So Mia, the paraplegic weird crazy puppet lady, is actually Carleen's sister who was presumed to have died with their mother. Later it was revealed that Carleen's dad, Schwartz, knows she's alive but sent her away for mysterious reasons. This fact was revealed in like several side dialogues, character skits, and their bios basically hinting very heavily towards it, but the plot itself was never focused for these 2 years.

Well, I never thought it would happen, but the concept art for their 2 yr anniversary event seems to imply that it will focus on this plot point after all. Ngl most ppl lust after like the milfy breast lady Azure, or the guys in this game who are inordinately popular compared to other gachas. But I feel like the ppl who were actually playing usually say Carleen is the best character, and yeah like she's that knightess princess lady who gets humanized often. Like very capable at her job, but when she's chilling, she feels very relatable. Her family is royalty but her relationship to her dad feels complex and realistic.

The trio of best friends Navi, Carleen, and Vice is also generally the thing that gives connections to all the random side stories. Unfortunately the focus on them also kinda leaves a lot of side characters underdeveloped, which was a common complaint when they felt obligated to release 2 new chars every side story and sideline the ppl once they got their banners. That's why gachas are a bad format.

They've clearly held out on this plot for a long time though, and a lot of rumors of teams already moving on to a sequel series. I guess I'll have to redl it for like the 5th time...

OUTERPLANE is coming out soon :D

DanMachi - MEMORIA FREESE is going on life support. World Flipper was announced the same as well a week or so ago. Curious to how long the games will last until EoS.

Actually Im not sure when OUTERPLANE comes out now I think it says tomorrow 7:59 UTC+8, but Im not sure when that is Hawaii time. I hate time zones with their PST and UTC and shit :<

UTC+8 is one of the Korean time zones (which makes sense as I believe the devs are Korean). Hawaii time is UTC-10 (at least in Honolulu, not sure if Hawaii has multiple time zones). If it is scheduled to be released 5/23 at 8 UTC+8, then Hawaii time for that should be 5/22 at 2pm, assuming I'm not doing bad math.

As for time zone complaining, at least they gave it in UTC+X format. UTC is the basis for every other time zone on Earth, so it's considerably more convenient than saying something like Korean Standard time (though UTC+8 isn't Korean Standard IIRC) and assuming people can figure it out from that.

My luck doesn't feel too great otherwise though, seeing as I got spooked by Rama as well.

I must say that I'm quite enjoying OUTERPLANE so far. Nice character design, very nice animations, combat very similar to E7 (which is a plus for me), they allow you to skip or mash through the story, and a neat little touch is that this game's equivalent of E7's Soul Burn (use a resource to power up a specific attack) gives it a slightly different animation. In E7 the attacks looked exactly the same, except for Destina for some reason (not sure if anyone else had a different animation, but of all the characters I've tried, she was the only one). And it barely changed her boring ass basic attack anyway :<

What exactly is the end game like? I've been playing E7 for a long time and am still having fun. It's basically doing events, grinding gear, guild stuff, and farming stuff to build up more units.

I mean I finished the main story but then the epilogue is super long and I barely scratched the surface of it. I hate story mode anyway though. In all games I play (not only gachas) I do the bare minimum and skip the story lol

Oh thats good. I like E7s grindfest lol. Assuming, of course, that its similar. I actually like fighting the Hunt bosses and trying different teams and gear sets and stuff until I can get the most efficient combination. Although I still enjoy fighting the bosses manually :3

One thing I really appreciate though, is that unlike E7, OP (just gonna abbreviate it like that since its weird typing OUTERPLANE in caps all the time lol) has skip tickets and 2x speed. I always found it strange that E7 didnt have either

Just FYI: youre talking to a Disgaea fan, so even E7 grinding is minuscule lol

I like grinding myself depending on the context, like in Saga Frontier I mastered every technique with each Human character (which if you are unfamiliar with that is a huge fucking drag) but stuff with RNG for slight stat boosts just irritates me and feels ultimately like a waste of time.

I got Texas in 21 pulls, really good after my horrible Spalter and Gavial pulls. I kind of want Penance too, so not sure if I should keep going.
