I don't think I'm very far into the game (just got past dropping a bell on Venom) but so far Carol is my designated "All yall need to die now" character. And Magik is just fun to use

Carol is a really solid all-around character

Magik I feel like is kinda weak at first but once you start getting better cards for her (most notably, the one that does a bunch of damage every time someone goes through a portal) and building up her passive, she becomes pretty much unmatched when it comes to controlling the battlefield

Aaaand 200 dark points hit. Now time to be a perfect little angel for the rest of the game to see how that turns out, lol.

Now onto Act 3. I seem to have run out of most side content, so now I'm going through the story quicker.

Blade and his book club are wonderful

Cap: I don't know how to say this but I think Blade only started this book club to impress me

Ahhh, time to break from Breath of the Wild and enjoy Midnight Suns some more...

...Not that it did me much good. Did three or four non-story missions, and... I remember watching some playthrough earlier this year and thinking I could do better... yeah, no, I suck. I didn't fail any, but there came a point where I had more injuries than healthy teammates. This is touuuugh.

And tough one star battles means less gloss means less outfits ;.;

which is cool but I wish I could've gotten more characters to max friendship. Hitting that with anyone that comes later in the story is basically impossible given how seldom opportunities for hangouts show up

Deadpool (not sure how tbh)
Captain Marvel

Everyone else is lvl. 3, except Dr. Strange who is lvl. 2

I've maxed everyone! By mid act 3

HOW

One mission into Act 3 and I think I have two at 4 and everyone else at 3. Wolverine might still be at 2.

But also I've only used like half of my havens and once I use the rest, that should bump most people to 4.

I was quite pleased the time I pet Ebony and got three compliments.

I did the same with havens and compliments. Maybe because I didn't take Hunter on the side missions

trying to do the final mission, where it gives you your top 4 characters 1 by 1 to help fight

only for whatever reason it selected Deadpool as one of my top characters, who is 100% dead weight here because his attacks are still doing 44 damage against 1400+hp enemies

kinda killing the experience a little

and losing a section of it makes you go back to the very beginning

I'm pretty sure this mission is basically impossible with Deadpool being as useless as he is; I'm basically doing it with just Hunter because Deadpool does nothing but take up cards

Just reloading a previous save to go back to before the last mission

I mean this last mission is really just entirely killing the game for me

it's really cool but Deadpool is such an overwhelmingly bad character that it makes it a complete drag, and nothing I've done has removed him as an option. I don't really feel like spending the next few weeks grinding every other character in the hopes it removes him. Half tempted to just uninstall the DLC if it'll let me
