I got very tired of words like 'scrum', 'waterfall' and 'agile' in my planning class, or whatever the hell that was. It all seemed like learning manager-speak to get worse at communicating. It seemed like business people observed some successful tech teams/companies and tried to put their interpretation of how they worked into words. I know a lot of older engineers that really struggle with this concept and get stuck in old 90s mindsets even when they hear words like agile.
