I'm not minimizing the alleged assault on the woman. I don't know enough about that to say anything meaningful on it. If true, he's a severe domestic abuser who will rightfully be ostracized and prosecuted.

We do have lots of info on his main acting gig though. The biggest franchise in the biggest entertainment medium, produced by the biggest entertainment company, and he's the biggest part of it. Seems worth mentioning.

If this is true (and based on what was reported it sounds quite likely) then this is just so incredibly disappointing. I have been touting him ever since I saw him in Da 5 Bloods, Lovecraft Country, and The Harder They Fall. Awesome actor who was now having his breakout year with Creed and his Kang role. He was about to have everything and then this... what a dumb asshole fuck.
