I suspect either he wasn't very fond of the song or it wasn't requested much. I own most of his live albums and as far as songs from movies, it's mostly songs from his 50's movies (Love me tender and Jailhouse Rock) that he sings. In fact, I can't think of many songs period that he released between 1960 and his special in '68 that he sang at the concerts.
