I got a small tear in both my plantar fascia or however that's spelled so it turns to... stand, like, at all.

I can't even lift weights standing... although I probably could do it from my knees maybe

I very strongly recommend you consult a physiotherapist to figure out how to deal with an injury like that, especially before trying to do any sort of heavy lifting (exercise or otherwise). Any advice the Internet can give you will be far too general to be useful, given that you need advice that's tailored to your specific injury and what you're trying to do. If you want to try to maintain upper body strength while you wait for physio, lift while sitting or lying down and don't push yourself any harder than you need to to maintain some semblance of your normal activity levels. Lifting on your knees carries the risk of hurting them unless you know what you're doing.

I know there are rumors going around, but I have never associated with fascists.

The plantar fascia is a piece of strong, thick tissue that runs along the bottom of the foot. It connects the heel bone to the toes, creating the arch of the foot.

So that would place a limitation on standing or walking. But it shouldn't effect any exercise that is done sitting or laying down. I would avoid kneeling due to the potential strain on the foot from getting into or out of that position.

After an injury which I was off my feet for a while I found I had lost the strength in my toes and they felt like they were bending back every time I took a step. Though, without knowing where the tear is in relation to those muscles I would be cautious of making efforts to maintain strength in the foot specifically.

Reminds me of the time last summer I sprained my ankle so badly I wasn't able to walk straight for over a week and yet I went limping to the gym doing squats and deadlifts and whatnot

You can do plenty of seated exercises. If you have a gym membership, the only machines I'd rule out are calf raises and leg press.
