Board 8 > Any y'all had this problem with Steam games?

Whenever I use the mouse wheel equivalent (I'm on a trackpad usually but IIRC it also applies with a real mouse) certain games just wig out and lock the cursor into scrolling until I close the game. This happened with Trails FC and SC so I thought it was just something with those games, but now I'm seeing it on Romance of Three Kingdoms XIV. Most games are fine! It's a really hard habit for me to suspend, so I'm hoping somebody's dealt with it.
