US Department of Justice (DoJ) investigators have found six more classified documents during a 13-hour search of President Joe Biden's home in Delaware, a lawyer for Mr Biden says.

Some documents seized at the Wilmington property on Friday were from his time as a senator and others from his tenure as vice-president under Barack Obama.

Lawyer Bob Bauer said "personally handwritten notes" and "surrounding materials" were also taken away.

The optics are terrible for Biden, he really should have avoided this

Trump and Biden could both murder a random bystander in cold blood on video, and conservatives would argue that Biden should be shot on the spot, but maybe we need to have some sympathy for Trump, who likely had a good reason and technically it isn't murder to kill an innocent civilian.

Guys I'm starting to think government people are pretty fast and loose with classified documents.

maybe they should all attend some mandatory seminar or something to freshen up the rules and regulations and how to handle such things I dunno just throwin' it out there.

Also, I was told the DoJ was another alphabet agency corrupted by the Far-Left for political gain. Are the ones investigating Biden the few good ones left? Why does he keep them employed and how did this investigation get approved through official channels? There goes the deep state again, where the only thing rivaling its unmatched evil is its unmatched incompetence.

He is so bad at politics it is astounding. Trump gets raided because the Archives are pestering him for years to return classified documents they know for a fact he has and repeatedly lies about it. Clearly a crime, almost certainly with treasonous intent. And then here comes along Bumblin' Joe to self-report his own classified docs that no one was even looking for so the right can equate and negate the two.

This is a guy who had to drop his first campaign for plagiarizing a stump speech. Who finds a way to let his opponent(who was almost certainly the first American president ever in history to be owned by a foreign adversary) off the hook on Espionage charges. It's literally astonishing this man is president.

So, is this just like a normal thing that happens all the time with secret documents being left everywhere or are Trump and Biden both just total fucking walking disasters?

I'd say it's likely other presidents have a few hanging around. They all maintain daily security briefings (except for Trump) for life, it's not hard to imagine nobody checking very hard to make sure that every single doc gets back. They're cleared forever, the current president usually wants them apprised of the situation abroad so he can bounce ideas off them.

The difference is that Trump took shit and willfully hid it/lied about it when the Archives tried to get it back. Repeatedly, to the point where the FBI had to roll up and forcibly take it back.

I checked that place out a couple weeks ago out of curiosity. It seems the narrative they're going with is that Trump didn't even do anything wrong because he declassified his documents, but Biden was only VP so he couldn't have declassified them.

He's just cooperating to make Trump look worse! Not that Trump did anything wrong! He had to take those documents home to protect them from Biden! But Biden needs to go to prison and the DoJ is gonna nail him to the wall! The same DoJ that we said was corrupted by Biden to take out Trump!

Yea. Thank goodness Biden covered it up until after the midterms. It would have changed the narrative going into that race and likely saved many Dems seats.

The only thing this tells me is that they need to better at collecting private and classified documents from people exiting their previous positions. This is systemic. This is no way on the level of what Trump did, despite the spinning that people will do about it.

Obviously I'm not an expert on what clearances high office personnel have but every single ground level federal agent/employee is absolutely under statute to not have any classified docs in their possession redacted or not, so how do these guys just leave shit in their homes or garages?
