I don't want us to have a Conservative PM again, but goddamn, our current government is gonna get obliterated in the next election if they can't even answer a goddamn question.

I think the Liberals know that pretty much nobody cares about arguments that happen in the House of Commons. Which is a shame, because people should.

The Liberal reelection plan is to let the Conservatives embarrass themselves through their tacit support of antivaxxers, conspiracy theorists, and outspoken bigots. The vast majority of Canadians don't tolerate that. The Conservatives have to try to either distance themselves (and lose 6% of the vote to the PPC) or embrace it (and lose an uncertain percentage of voters to other parties or apathy).

For the well being of the country, the Conservatives must lose in the next election. We cannot tolerate a Ben Shapiro wannabe as Prime Minister. But the Liberals also need to seriously refresh themselves.
