Well, the constitution called for the termination of Trump, so I guess that's only fair.

Scenario: Trump wins via overturn; but you lose your free speech, guns, protection from unwarranted searches and seizures, and slavery comes back

I dont know about all of them but Fox News fired Trumps daughter-in-law not too long ago just because he was running again so even they are trying to distance themselves from Trump.

No they are always claiming they love and protect it while fighting every aspect of it but the second amendment and the 3/5 compromise.

Remember people people were swearing that he would step down with dignity if he lost? Now he's literally saying the entire government process should be overthrown

To be fair the far right is often hypocrites. Almost everyone I know is very much against abortion EXECPT when the pregnancy involves them directly or someone very close to them. Or the classic "screw this benefit" until it's something they want/need and then it's "you better not take this benefit because it's my right to have it!"

This is one of few things I'd actually agree with Trump on. The entire US constitution should be rewritten from scratch. It's like 250 years old. We rewrote ours in Canada in 1982 because the previous 1867 one was out of touch.

Unfortunately, Trump means "ignore all laws to reinstate me as dictator" instead of "create a modern constitution that enshrines protections for all people in a 21st century context".

Actually, yes. When Republicans seize power, they're very very likely to make gun ownership illegal, because if they don't they'll get overthrown.
