It's legitimately my second-favorite game I've played this year after Elden Ring.

It's short, it's free, there is absolutely no reason for you not to.

Don't look up anything about it.

That's exactly why I played it, and trust me. He didn't show off nearly as much as you think.

The final puzzle had me cackling like an idiot for a good 20 seconds. There are two audio logs that are funnier than the one he showcased. I was just grinning the entire time.

Is this game going to disappoint if I thought the puzzles in the witness were fair and legitimately fun?

it's mostly a parody for people who like the witness, not for people who disliked it.

then it wouldn't offer you anything really. if anything it might take away some of the discovery aspects of witness (only some - it doesn't really have anywhere near as many mechanics as the real game) but there's no reason to play it if you haven't played witness anyway

The Witness is really good though!

Took about an hour, got all the achieves. Good shit.

I guess it's been long enough, I'll just start gushing about everything that got me laughing like a hyena.

For gags, I loved the laser and the telescope. Then the Obelisk of Knowledge absolutely slayed me.

Then for audio logs, the car dealership one was good, the prince stuck in jail was great, and the gravity wave superpower one made me laugh so hard, I had to quit playing for a minute.

that was worth the hour or so- the ending was entertaining enough to justify the game for me. thanks for the recommendation :)

Played it, beat it.

Keep a walkthrough nearby for a few of these puzzles. Did not like a few of 'em.

Favorite parts were the telescope, good-working hint button, shotgun section, scam artist-recording, and the kids' menu. Ending puzzle and its following ending were appropriate. Didn't like the hedgemaze or that this parody had the nerve to try to challenge me with some actual trickiness.

Cute thing they made. I am down for more game parodies. I don't know many game parodies that exist in game-form, but I enjoyed this speed run of Meegah Mem 2.

Played it last night because of this topic. Was fun. Managed it all without a guide but a few spots took me a few minutes to figure out. Thanks for recommending it.
