Antifa will no doubt stir up trouble which the media will either ignore or claim is/are peaceful protests

Lol, yes it is. It's just one people generally don't like.

The only people who spout platitudes like this are people who have never been put in a position where they had to resort to violence to protect themselves from violence in turn, and it must be made clear; that is exactly what this is, a green light for State violence against those who are pregnant, who have miscarried, or who need abortificients to live and thrive due to a medical condition. We have politicians calling for the death penalty for these people, and you're whining about hypothetical riots, lol.

There's a reason why the first wave feminists learned martial arts and brought 6 inch spikes pretending to be hair ties. It was to beat police responding to their protests.

Violence is okay because of slight variations in definitions of words.

Riots and insurrections are both disturbances of the peace. One is against an authority or a government.

I would consider the SCOTUS an authority.

No. The George Floyd incident had a strong emotional response from the public because it involved someone losing their life, and because of laws/culture that were already in place.
A law being changed is not gonna have as big of an outcry. Now, if certain horrible events happen AS A RESULT of Roe V Wade being overturned, that will have a much stronger response from protestors.
It's unfortunate, but usually it takes loss of life or multiple lives in order to be a real outcry.

or

roe was necessary because of conservative white men wanting to control women like they used to

and have literally

said as much

if people stopped trying to tell women what they can or can't do with their bodies while putting no onus on them for the reverse, then there would not need to be any legislation

so no, it should not be there.

14th amendment. The first amendment was a mistake and should have excluded the word congress too.

And by striking down the New York gun law they did they were legislating from the bench and overruling Roe v Wade is also very much legislating from the bench.

Wrong, it was the wrong decision. It was a 7-2 decision when it was originally decided, it was flipped by a 5-4 with 4 of those five being nominated by presidents that lost the popular vote 3 of em lied under oath, one has a wife who tried to overthrow the government.

It was not the correct decision to narrowly overthrow settled law from liars and traitors who are not representative of the nation.

Instead we're stuck in limbo where states are going to pass laws attempting to interfere with other states which makes it a federal issue and the federal government isn't going to do shit.

resorting to violence is not a solution

Quite the contrary: It's the only solution. Protesting? The Supreme Court already knows that most Americans disapprove of this decision; there's nothing more that a protest can make them consider or realize. Voting/campaigning? The Supreme Court consists of unelected individuals that will be in there until they either resign or die. Given that they're unlikely to resign (see the previous point for why protesting will do nothing), that leaves death as the only possible avenue for effecting meaningful change.

The second amendment exists to protect citizens' right to violently remove a government than has failed the people and cannot be removed any other way. The Supreme Court has failed the people and cannot be removed any other way.
