I Am on favor of it but their logic is flawed cause at the time of the second amendments ratification the states banned carrying of weapons off their property in diff capacities from knives to guns. So this wouldnt meet a tradition al constitutional argument but as one who holds personal freedom important it is a good decision even if it is judicial activism.
