I killed all the giant radscorpions in Mesquite with dynamite at level 6

I couldn't get into new vegas. Not sure why. I liked 3 and 4, but I had to play those in small batches since the game's setting seriously depressed me at times.

I always end up switching to energy weapons later in the game, regardless of what I was using before

Trying to finally play through all of fallout 4 (never was able to finish it or do the dlc even), but I have this dumb bug that prevents me from hearing any npc voices which is very annoying. I'll see if I can turn on subtitles or something so I can at least figure out whats going on, if not I'll just give up I guess.

for me, I played 4 for like 100 hours before trying NV, and the graphics were a huge step backwards so I couldnt stay with it

I started playing Fallout 4 again, until I eventually triggered the one bug that corrupts the map and causes your game to crash whenever you're in a certain area (specifically, around the Cabot House, south of Bunker Hill). It's apparently been in the game since launch, and multiple people have gotten it, but Bethesda doesn't actually care so it was never patched.

So I said fuck it and stopped playing.

It's a bad sign that the last time I was playing Fallout 3 I stopped midway through as well (because of stupid DLC issues). And the same with Skyrim (because of bugs they only introduced in their forced Anniversary update). It pretty much makes me never want to pay for another Bethesda game again (not helped by the fact that I have zero hype for Starfield right now).

I love that one mod that adds a bunch of QoL things to NV, one uses AP to sprint and another lets you use the Numpad as hotkeys for explosives
