It's unhealthy, the longterm health effects of its use is not fully known, it's improperly being marketed, and use of it makes people look like douchebags.

There's four solid reasons, and I'm sure there's more. Oh, a fifth. Youth tobacco use is going up reversing a longstanding trend thanks to crap like this.

Only Juul or all vapes? I remember when Juul had to drop their flavors, but there are tons of other companies that have flavored vapes just like they did, and they seem to be fine. What is it about Juul if it's solely them getting hit with this?

they havent been a marketplace leader for awhile now, gg congress

I read there was a massive increase in highschool youths smoking Juuls because they were the size of a USB, so it was easy for them to hide it in their pocket and easy to disguise them as well. I think the biggest reason was also the flavoring as well, had stuff like cotton candy flavor that was attractive to the younger audience. I think a lot of this though is the marketing.

If they had balls they'd ban cigarettes completely but that's just my godawful opinion

They're actually not banning the vapes currently on the market that are flavored like candy or fruit. Those vapes that look like whippets aren't being banned for instance.

Also, weed vapes are almost just as easy to get ahold of for teens in legal states. They have names after strains like "skittlez" and "runtz" lol Not saying weed vapes are just as bad as regular vapes (though black market ones are arguably worse apparently), just seems like a really bad excuse for a dumb decision.

There's been plenty of tests on it actually. Something like over 90% of nicotine is inhaled by the user, and the rest (which is a very little amount that won't do anything to you) falls to the ground almost immediately. So as long as you're not licking the ground someone is vaping around immediately after they vape you're probably good. And even if you do, probably still won't do much to you.

I mean look at all the drugs they approve to be on the market and had lawsuits filed against them because they were severely screwing people up or killing them. Not to mention they wont approve other drugs with little to no side affects that do a lot of good. The whole FDA is a joke and needs to go away

People are suckers for still using Juuls anyway. You can get like 10x the amount of juice for the same price with other vapes.
