While neither rises to the three stooges level of slapstick the bike fall is much funnier. I mean, just look at it. It is the visual embodiment of a joke. You have the setup (he's riding in), you have the punchline (he falls down). The bike video is funnier because it's all set up with the "whooooooooooooo!" woman and then he fails her expectations by falling over.
