It's hard to believe I'm finally seven weeks from finishing my Mentor Roulette grind. I'll also get the last Fieldcraft leve achievement the day before tat, on the 27th, and probably the 40 fishing leves achievement on the 29th.

Then... I actually don't know if or when I'll touch leves again besides the start of 7.0.

Got through p8s phase 1 last night!

Also I have 15 frontline victories for the maelstrom horse, and 40 onsal hakair victories. I probably would have more, but I got addicted to Minecraft again and also been playing Overwatch 2. >_>

To be fair, both of those are probably leagues better--both in general and for your health--than Onsal Hakair. =p

Strangely enough, I played 3 rounds of Onsal yesterday, and won all 3 XD

I've done enough extra runs of Mentor Roulette to allow for Tuesday without running it, so I'll have the time to start Hildi/relics, tribal quests, and variant dungeons. The question is which job do I grab a weapon for first?

Also: I grabbed tomorrow's round of Island Sanctuary mats tonight so I can go to bed that much sooner, after feeding my animals.

I have half of the variant dungeon paths completed. I'll do the other half tomorrow. It's a neat piece of content but I hope they expand on the next one to last longer. Also I have not done the savage dungeon yet. Hopefully I can start prog soon.

I have also been doing some CC since I need wins on melee and caster for their respective first achievements. Gods, it's painful. I keep getting groups that run in, scatter sometimes, but typically just feed the opponents. On CASUAL mode! If there was a lot less of that, I'd stomach more matches in a day, when I am series rank 3 and need to hit 25. <_<

Good thing the matches, win or lose, give me Astro tomes, albeit not enough to feel much better about having to play one of my least favorite forms of content.

Tonight I should be able, in addition to grabbing my tank pants with Causality tomes, grab my sixth Manderville weapon, though I don't yet know for certain which job. To be honest, I'm tempted to start saving up those ores and just go nuts with the remaining weapons once I have enough of those.

Got through High Concept 1 last night. Just need to get through High Concept 2 and clearing p8s is in the bag.

Anywho, I'm 25 days from finishing Mentor Roulette, and there really are some dungeons, especially ARR and a few HW, I never want to see ever again. Naturally, the roulette tried giving me one of those dungeons this morning, while I was waiting for my Island crops. So I left. Yes, I would rather eat the penalty multiple times every day than suffer some of the dungeons at this point, especially after half of the changes they made in recent patches.

I'm hoping I can take a break from most Duty Finder content once I'm finished with Mentor. That will be nice, and probably needed at this point.

It looks like I'll have a bunch of things happening during that week, from series rank 25 (and that mount) to a couple leve-related achievements. I won't quite hit 22.5k achievement points by the next patch, but I'll be close, and I'll have a respectable number too of mounts and minions. lol

Like, tonight, I popped a handful of achievements, and hit 22,225 total points. Between now and the 29th, I'll be popping an estimated 160 points worth of achievements, with potential for 20 more as I work on CC and the relic grind. The odds of knocking out that last 95 points before the patch are a bit low, even with the plans I currently have. Still, it'd be wild to hit such a milestone on points by then. xD

Finally cleared p8s x_x that took sooo long.

Just two more weeks, and I'm free of Mentor. Less than that, and I should be free of CC. I am so ready for this freedom. @_@

Huh, I've been getting more wins in CC on white mage than I thought I might. Tomorrow, there is a very real chance I'll pop a couple more victory achievements--because SE in their wanton wisdom decided to have multiple achievements for the same exact thing, in pvp--on top of a couple other chievs I have planned, involving a Grade 3 Expert craft and a relic.

Also, I'm series rank 20 now, and change. So 36,400 series exp to go until the dragon.

I should spend some wolf marks on a stack of dark matter to sell while I'm at it.

Been playing ESO for the past few days. Anyone FF14 fans into it as well?

Elder Scrolls Online (This is now my favorite MMORPG, PC)

Turns out that I don't need to pay for a sub to do good in this game, nor do I need to earn a lot of in game currency to focus on what I want to do in this game, fight and quest.

Since this game is mostly about going through a bunch of really interesting small storylines, it's fully voice acted, and the voice acting is really good, and I don't have to deal with the bs I thought I had to deal with anymore, this is now my favorite(currently active) MMORPG. Probably my third favorite after The Secret World, and Star Wars: TOR. It's also my favorite Elder Scrolls game too!

The next week and a half will be productive for me. My goodness...

- Jumbo Cactpot is Saturday, of course. This drawing will decide if I have to do any more tickets at all, or six more weeks after with the chance of a week or two being shaved off at a later time. I'm that close to the "Work Smarter, Not Harder" achievement.
- By Sunday night, the 20th, I should be able to knock out my second last Grade 3 Expert achievement, followed immediately by two of my last three Manderville weapons.
- Monday, I'll hit Series Rank 25, nabbing me the big red dragon for my 173rd mount. I should be able to pop one of the plethora of redundant victory achievements for CC, too, if I keep up my win average.
- Tuesday is the 150 turn-in achievement for Ameliance. Then I'll just be picking two clients who give the most scrips in a week, if Bonuses are available, or otherwise going with my favorite ones, until 6.3.
- On Wednesday, my Grade 3 Expert achievements and Manderville weapons (first stage) will be done. Yay even more freedom.
- Saturday, the 26th, I'll be able to finish the last Tradecraft leve achievement.
- Monday, the 28th, I'll finish Mentor Roulette for the 2000th time, earning me Astrope for my 174th mount.
- The same day, I can pop the next achievement for unique fishing leves. Then I can finish those and find the leve I can turn in with minimal effort and max rewards until the Fieldcraft leves achievements finally pop.

Speaking of mounts, we'll be getting one--a reindeer I believe it is--for Starlight this year. I wonder if it'll be my 175th mount, or if I can finally get around to doing the Endwalker Ex trials. Or Eden 12s. Well... I should finish my x10 chiev for E8s first before touching 12s, but we'll see!

Ah, gotcha, when I run out of story content, I tend to move onto another game.

I got my dragon from the pvp series. I'm 52 kills in CC from a minion, and 90 CC victories from the arguably dumbest mount in the game. Both can wait for next series. lol

As planned, my last Grade 3 Expert achievement and 19th Manderville weapon are mine.

While I was at it, I did some math. If the next DoH set, after melds, gives us over 4025 Control and 4080 comp--I am guessing both will be over 4100 and closer to 4200--as well as 595 cp before food or pots, I'll be happy. Grade 4s will, in theory, become an absolute cakewalk at that point, to the point of consistently hitting the third collectability tier every time and always finishing. I may finally do resplendent tools for my crafters at that point. lol

Did a huge chunk of the main quest for the Aldmori Dominion in Greenshade. God this game is amazing!

1995/2000 Mentor runs. I'm doing four on the morrow, and then the fun run Monday morning. My achievement for 40 unique fishing leves will also pop that happen.

Then it's just smaller projects until January, when new story finally comes out.

Finally started ARR 2.3: Tell me if I understand things correctly so far please, and please don't spoil anythng for me past where I am? I've gotten up to the end of the quest: Revolution:

Continuing the main quest, I talked to some refugees who offered to work in exchange for asylum or something. We told them we can't help them. Then we found out that some rioting refugees attacked Alphinaud, so the ones talking to us asked us to at least not let them get lumped in with them so they can survive, so I was asked to investigage the riot. and and I had to kill a bunch of them. God I hated killing them!

A special type of merchant named Teledji Adeledji(SP?) paid a guard to shoot at refugees, so he can incite a war that he's weaseled his way into owning the land, via the Carteneau Reclamiation Bill, and he'll gain full control of this huge plot of land, claiming that it will be for the sake of assisting the resettlement. His motivation for being branded a traitor: to recover and rebuild Omega Weapon, a weapon that was made long ago to take down bahamut. Whoever he sells it will be unmatched in power, and could control all of Eorzea.

Not a bad understanding of events. One question: did they say, at that point if it was Omega Weapon, or just Omega? The two entities are different in FF lore.

Things have been slow-going and chill since I finished all those achievements. I have a few small goals to go, and it would be nice if rng would let me have the damned non-tradeable minion from the latest 24-man raid, but at this point I'm relaxing and doing other things until the patch in January.

Yeah I havent really been doing much lately. Logging in every day to do island stuf and some roulettes, and still doing savage weeklies.(I didnt win anything this week ;-;)

Since I finally got my minion from Aglaia--with a roll of 69, no less, because of course I did--the time I've been spending actually playing has been even less. There are a few things to do, sure, but... I'm not in a hurry to do them. I'll have my 3* mats when I have the astro tomes for them. Otherwise, I'm just doing daily and weekly things, and growing annoyed at Island chores that can either require my attention to count towards achievements due to pop in April, or run automatically without any achievement progress. Nice design, SE.

Are you kidding me Yoshi. I lost the mount AGAIN. I only rolled above like a 15 for it once and that was last week where I rolled an 82 and I still lost it. This game hates me.

This moment is too cute, so naturally they LITERALLY nerfed it in the current version of the game!
