You are probably such a non-fan that you didn't even know that the garbage compactor Luke, Leia, Han, and I possibly some other insignificant characters I forgot, were stuck in on the Death Star was in fact Garbage Masher 3263827. And you probably also pathetically didn't know that the dianoga cephalopod-esque creature that Luke and Co. struggle with within Garbage Masher 3263827 was named Omi and was brought onto the Death Star at Some Time(tm) before the Battle of Yavin, after an altercation with Iduna, a male dianoga, whom she claimed victory over due to her force sensitivity. And you didn't know that Omi escaped into the garbage compactor after receiving a fiery vision from her force sensitivity.
