DLC. I know they are making bank on little kids buying their virtual money or whatever you call it but with San Fierro aka best city in the original San Andreas, they could've had more content and money as well as showing off the best San Andreas city with modern graphics.

I thought SF was the worst city in SA tbh

Always hated how almost every port included the glitch that prevents you from entering sf's tattoo shop

There's a very short list of things that could rekindle my interest in GTA. A return to San Fierro is on that list.

yeah me too. San Fierro has that certain atmosphere/chill feeling about it. It is the same in real life too with San Francisco however now it's half amazing half shithole due to crimes and anti Asian hate

It'll be the PS6 exclusive DLC they show off to get people to rerebuy it when they rererelease it on PS6 in 2030.

San Fierro is perfect is SA. I think something about having a more condensed area to explore after the country side made it even better.

Remember those time trials? If you gold them you get a special car parked at those trials (which is just down the road from your safe house). I remember the last one being nearly impossible. I always had to drive over the last curb to make it in time and sometimes it counted that as damage to the car.

lol, no they couldn't have. their little fee to pay scheme in GTA online has probably earned them 10x the profit from 1/100th of the effort of adding a full expansion for a new city

I remember when the news first broke that GTA V wouldnt included San Fierro or Las Venturas. I was extremely disappointed.

do you think calling them rockshit is in any way clever?

They should have added in San Francisco and New vegas with all that shark card money they got.

The biggest failure to date is having only 1 of the 3 cities from SA in GTA V.

It's still mind-blowing to me that R* managed to cram 3 distinct cities w/ ample countryside in between onto a PS2 disc in the jump from VC to SA. I've never been adverse to getting 'more of the same' from sequels to games that I love (in fact I encourage it); and even though New Vegas is my personal favorite game in this regard, SA still takes the cake for sheer jaw-dropping jump in content added.

It is fucking mindblowing to think about. I want to say that Los Santos alone is about the size of Vice City and they not only quadrupled (or at least tripled) the size of the map, they removed the in-game loading screens and added interiors to a bunch of places.

Ah, the days when they used dual layered disks.

Anyway, San Fierre was pretty lame as it didn't have much going for besides tuner cars, and martial arts moves. Hated its glitchy camera ops that prevents you from reaching 100% completion.

VC had interiors too. SA had more, yes, but SA had more everything.

I don't give a fuck what they add to 5 at this point. It's nearly a decade old. Give me GTA6.

So much of the map is boring though.

SAs map always feels larger to me than Vs Los Santos. Probably because Vs map was so boring.
