I bought FFX for 50 on switch and just last weekend bought borderlands 1 for 25, probably for the third time

I feel like i've bought Worms Armageddon on 5 platforms, no regrets. If they released it again, i'd buy it again.

Ive bought the FF 10/10-2 combo game on like three different systems even though I owned them both on ps2.

Keep telling myself Ill beat them one of these times.

My friend talked me into buying resident evil operation raccoon city day 1. It was ass but we ended up beating it anyway.

I also bought that game left alive day 1. I was hoping it would be this beautiful blend of 3rd person action, stealth, and mech combat since it takes place in the front mission verse. Yeah.......the game turned out to be a hot mess, lol.

That time Pitfall had a kompletely different kover for the Wii so I thought it was a different game from the one on PS2. Loved that game, but double dipping was neither intentional nor necessary, and motion kontrols only lowered the experience.

Also Wii Music. I don't know what in the trailer led be to believe you kould kompose your own tracks, but that was not the kase.

I downloaded the Arkham Collection exclusively because I never played Origins and wanted to try it.

I bought 2 copies of Shin Megami Tensei V because I wanted the premium edition, but it went out of stock and didn't get back in stock until a few weeks after the game came out.

Final Fantasy XIV.

I think I paid 60 for GTAV digitally.

Played it enough to get my money's worth but yikes.

I got convinced to buy dying light despite my dislike of anything relating to zombies. I keep getting told it gets more fun later but it's just not worth it to me.

none tbh with all the demos xbox 360 and ps3 had never purchased a bad game then youtube came along and made sure you couldnt buy a bad game

Cyberpunk was another recent one, though I did at least bunker down and see that one through to the end. Decent enough story, even if the rest of the game was bleh.

I bought one of those expensive Collectors Edition Halo games (maybe Halo 3?), which came with a Spartan helmet.

Its Ok looking, but I was disappointed its not meant to be worn. Its just a display item, and yeah its on me for not checking for clarity. Funny thing is I probably wouldnt have worn it more than a handful of times, even if I could, but it wouldve been funny to run around with it once in a while at a store or whatever during the pandemic.

Shit Souls 2: Collector's Edition. Horrible HORRIBLE game on multiple fronts.

What a turd of a sequel. There's an okayish game buried in a sea of poor design choices that drag it down to trash.

I preordered The Guy Game back in the day.

As soon as I started spending a lot of money on cold war (after having spent hundreds on modern warfare too), call of duty vanguard was announced.

After that I didn't even buy vanguard and still haven't.

I legit traded in my copies of MGS2, MGS3, MGS4, and PW to get the HD collection for PS3. Then bought it for the Vita. Then sold my physical copy for the Vita to get it digitally so I never had to go without it and could have other games in the system.

So.. MGS as a whole.

Sonic Forces ._. Everyone and their mother already said it was absolute garbage before I bought it, but I was really in the mood for a new 3d Sonic. But it's just a mess of boost gameplay and slippery 2d sections and it didn't scratch the itch at all.

Red Dead 2.

I blindly pre ordered and got it day one and intentionally avoided trailers, gameplay, spoilers etc. because of how much I loved RDR1huge mistake on my part.

I bought DC Universe Online for $60 at launch, and then it went free-to-play not even a year later.
