Stupidity, greed, and ignorance are what caused that pandemic to last more than 2 months in the first place. I used to have allergies bad, but nowadays I just get sneezes and eye itches. Odd part is, I have A Negative blood. The rest of my family is A Positive except for my Dad which was O. I've never gotten it as far as I know - no symptoms, but I've also never been tested. So I could have caught it and been one of the lucky ones who didn't present. Part of that is probably because I actually took precautions. Wore a mask, got vaccinated, mostly stayed home if I didn't need to go out, didn't whine about "muh freedoms". I know tons of people who did get it though, including some people who nearly died. It also helps that my state was kind of strict about it, because we're so damned populated we were terrified very early on of what would happen if we weren't strict about it.
