I thought it might be my mouse, but I can highlight text fine on other sites and some online mouse tests don't indicate anything wrong with it.

I once used a highlighter to darken the eyebrows on my face. It happened in a class one time. I didnt think anything of it at the time. I had the same shade of brown the whole time. I never even considered the possibility that I used something that may not work on my skin. I did not realize how dangerous it can be to use a highlighter and not take care of it.

Do not use highlighters if you have oily skin. They can clog up your pores. The best way to darken your brows is with a pencil. It is safe to use on oily skin. I recommend the Anastasia Brow Pencil in Deep. Apply it to your brows using small, sweeping motions. You can draw the ends of the pencil towards the arch of your brows.

Make sure to remove the pencil right away from the skin. Wash your face and gently pat the area dry. Dont rub your face. If you do, you may end up removing too much of the pencil.
