I only have basic knowledge of both, but Dark Phoenix is Celestial level strength while Wanda is Nexus level I think. If that's accurate, Wanda wins. --- Work in progress, please be patient. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Scarlet Witch wiped out a ridiculously huge portion of the mutant population. As far as I know, The Dark Phoenix hasn't done anything that crazy. Edit: After doing a Google search on The Dark Phoenix, I was wrong... As far as I know, The Dark Phoenix hasn't done anything that crazy.Phoenix held a universe in her hand and decided its fate. That was Jean as White Phoenix though.
