They cant enter a home like that or take a kid into foster care without a court order signed by a judge so its not like this is a unilateral decision by the police. A CPS investigator would also be involved before a decision to place her into foster care was made so most likely more factors involved than the story presents.

Depends on the state, and since she's transgender I don't doubt that they'd already have investigated her as a victim of abuse because fascist bigots are evil and desire our destruction if we don't conform to their cis standards.

Simple, the cruelty is the point. She's not allowed at school but they know if she's not at school then she's in trouble with the law. It hurts her and her parents all at once because she refuses to be misgendered and conform to bullshit that endangers her.

I was only trying to clarify the issue for someone who seemed skeptical about this key part of the history of trans erasure, without downplaying the rest of the Nazi ideology, which largely consisted of a focus on racial/genetic purity. I did this because I have seen too often attempts to include gay and trans victims of Nazi crimes against humanity be twisted (by bad faith arguers, invariably) as attempts to erase other victims of the Holocaust, particularly Jewish and Romani, and I sought to circumvent that before it had the potential to become an issue.

Really not the time or place to do that, guy. People think 6 million were killed in the holocaust when it was 6 million jews and the overall number is more in the range of 13 million.

As per usual with this type of legislation, cruelty is the point. You kicked her out of school and it seems like she took it on the chin, tried to make something of herself anways via streaming. Can't have that so they gotta punish her again.

I hope she doesn't get discouraged and give up on life. I probably would, but the look on her face as she gets arrested tells you she's definitely alot stronger than I.
