Better than I expected, even if a few things didn't really make any sense.

I still gotta see it. Heard a little about it But Im not that big a fan of going to theaters And wouldnt want to go alone, anyway

I finally got around to watching it and it's...not very good.

Given how No Way Home absolutely shattered my expectations this was a big disappointment.

And I know people eat up scenes like this, but I despised how they had an invincible style scene with Wanda killing off the alternate universe avengers. These are fucking kids movies. Especially since one of these characters is going to be starring in a film in a few years, seeing him die violently in this film for shock value is huge disservice of an intro.

Wanda's acting was phenomenal it sucks what happened to her character.

I think its a hard 7 out of 10. Theres a lot good in here, but a lot that needed more fleshing out Darkhold stuff, some Wanda scenes felt missing, etc

I thought stuff like the music battle were conceptually interesting, but you couldve thrown out that entire section of the movie and it probably wouldve been better for it

Zombie Strange was FANTASTIC. Lots of stuff in the movie came back around really nicely, which disappoints me because parts of it arent that great

It was one of the best MCU movies period

Probably my least favorite MCU film since Captain Marvel

Very disappointed. Wanda's eventual turn should have been the peak of the MCU. Instead we got this movie which was completely jarring from where Wandavision ended and was explained away with corruption from a magical book. Almost no series ever actually does a protag turning evil plot well though.

Wandavision only portrayed Wanda as more heroic than she actually was, because that was her show from her point of view. Multiverse of Madness had no need to pretend Wanda was anything but a villain, even for the events of Wandavision.

the movie really gravitated between cool stuff and stupid shit (bee scared me, moms got sucked through hole)

It felt more like something you'd watch on Disney+ rather than the usual MCU entry on the big screen

Add back in what was probably cut out, divide it up into 6 episodes, boom! WandaVision 1.5

What bothers me is that all the Mordo stuff happened offscreen. He was literally the sequel hook for the first movie.

He'll probably still be in the third movie

Did Strange always have summons? Because he used one like Akis wolf from CSM in the first fight against the demon, but didnt talk about it. And I dont remember him having those before.

No, he's never used summon type magic in the MCU before this movie. Supreme Strange from What If did though.
