I've gotten to the point that I just don't care about my job. 5 years in I'm at max rate not going anywhere career wise cause it's not in a field I'm intrested in.

Has anyone here left a decent paying full time job and find success? I've become complacent over time cause of the money and flexible hours, 4 day a week schedule.

If you're working hard and not able to move up within the company, absolutely.

Also just not enjoying your job as well.

You worked 5 years, that's plenty long enough in one single job. Definitely start looking for something better. Better pay, benefits, more skills to learn.

Time is precious. Go to where you need to go. You don't have to feel bogged down or committed to a company especially if it's not aligning with your own personal and professional goals.
