I got a battlefield promotion that I made them bribe me to accept and change the job to eliminate things that I really didn't want to do. --- I don't believe in belts. mooreandrew58 04/25/22 10:31:29 AM #17:	Never been a real supervisor but at my current job one boss has told me many times when he's had to get on to me about something (doing the whole compliment sandwhich thing where you list a positive a negative then another positive) that he just knew I'd be a supervisor one day. So it seems like he was attempting to groom me for it. Also was team leader at bk which is like being a supervisor minus all the paperwork and real authority.
