I was a huge caffeine addict and drank one energy drink per day, plus mountain dew, Coca Cola, coffee etc. but recently changed to just one energy drink per day and 3-4 500ML bottles of 7-Eleven Spring water. It's done wonders for my mental health and not jittery anymore.
Water combined with stretching every once in awhile is great

Waters gross. But its suppose to be good for you. So, good job I usually avoid it, though

All I drink is tap water. It's the ultimate healthy option for cheap and lazy people like me.

I drink a mix of bottled water and water from my ZeroWater pitcher. Sometimes I use tap water if I'm out of bottled because constantly refilling the pitcher is a pain in the ass (it takes time to filter and I drink water faster than I can bother with this sometimes...). My ZeroWater pitcher is pretty nice tho, only costed like $30 and the filter is lasting me ages. Water that pure is an acquired taste tho, sometimes might even want to mix in some tap water so it's more balanced. Filtering out everything from water like that can make it slightly acidic, better to be a bit more basic than neutral for hydration. Definitely tastes better than pure tap water though which sometimes tastes a bit crappy especially if not cold enough.

I used to drink only water until I got into acupuncture and oriental medicine. Then I started also drinking herbal tea.

i drink a ton of monster but it's kinda, sorta, maybe, hopefully mitigated by the obscene amounts of water i drink everyday

I have a cup or two of coffee in the morning, then I just drink water all day

For the last 3 years or so, I have pretty much drank nothing but tea and water.

I usually do sparkling water for lunches just to have some variety though.

I drink about a gallon in a 24 hour period now.

I prefer flavoured water. Even more so when fizzy so it's basically like pop.

The filtered water from my fridge is pretty much all I drink

I probably have plastic all in my blood from all the bottled water I had over the years.

Staying away from polystyrene and hot liquids is easy for me though.

I know what you mean, I've pretty much cut out pop and energy drinks (maybe have them 1-2 times a month) and I feel a lot better

About time water earns its keep. What has it ever done for anyone?

It really depends on the water quality where you live. The tap water where I live is fucking revolting and I can barely tolerate it even with a water filter purging most of the contaminants. I've always lived in towns with shitty water quality which is annoying because I do like water.
