Yeah this kind of word (meaning one where you find a few letters that fit but there's a dozen possible answers) is how I broke my streak last time.

Jen told me that adieu was a good starting word since it has 4/5 vowels. Which does make sense. I cant remember the second word. But it probably depends on which letters light up

It is pretty tough to lose in Normal mode since you can guess whatever words you want and eliminate letters at any time. On Hard mode, the easiest scenario to lose in is when you uncover 4 letters of a word that rhymes with many others (such as a word that ends in -ight) and you have to get lucky to find the right word with limited guesses (post #32 + the following posts of this topic demonstrate this)

Originally I would start with 4 vowel words like "adieu" "audio" or "bayou" then follow up with a word that uncovers the remaining vowels. Then I switched to 3 vowel words for more variety in starting words and I tried to vary them each day so it doesn't get stale. Now my starting word is yesterday's answer for an additional challenge

This is true. If you were playing on normal mode and got the last 4 as ight pretty fast, you could make another word using multiple letters that could go in front and see which one turn green or yellow
