I understand their point but I suspect they are drawing the line too far.

A white person not being able to share a (positive) Obama meme is problematic. Or a sports meme of Colin Kaepernick. Or just using black gifs for some variety because it's boring when everyone looks the same.

Right, I mean I know exactly the kind of behavior they are talking about, I just think they should have looked at different criteria, or explained it better, maybe something like:

Digital Blackface is the posting of images of black-people with the intent that those images be perceived as "acceptable" while actually being an "under-the-radar-racist" image.

When does it become racist? When does something become porn? Yet when you are watching porn, you know. When we see racist images, I argue we too know it.

AAVE is another issue that I do not typically agree with people about. Languages and dialects bleed into each other, and you can't stop the "spread" of AAVE by saying only black people can use AAVE. AAVE will continue to add construction to American English, and I actually think that attempting to stop that stems from anti-black sentiments in America, even if they pretend otherwise. A lot of people have a lot to say about AAVE without ever opening a book on linguistics in their life or learning a second language.
