You have all the knowledge you've gained up until now (omitting wealth-gaining loopholes), but you go forward/back in time and are 18. You have the same health you have now if <= 18 or the same health you had then if >18. No money-making or otherwise shenanigans like buying bitcoin, investing, lottery, etc.

30:
You're suddenly completely healthy mentally/physically/emotionally (note: you could still get sick in the future, but any genetic predisposition is gone), and you go forward/back in time to when you are/were 30.

I'll take 30 and completely healthy.

The first one would cure my herpes, but not my agoraphobia.

The second would cure both.

This is an easy decision.

30 and healthy. If I'm gonna go back to an earlier age with my current knowledge, I'd have to go much further back than 18 for me to be able to not ruin my life.

Getting a health reset at 30 would probably add 12 years to your life regardless.

60 and fat as shit

I'm 32 and relatively healthy, so the second option wouldn't really do anything for me... I'll go with 18 again. Even if I can't do money loopholes (stocks would be easy pickings), I feel like I know enough now, that I could improve myself faster.
