s0nicfan 03/05/22 12:56:46 PM #4:	Capcom came out with a tweet that explained that the purpose of these rules is to make the process of organizing a tournament easier because in the past it would take a lot longer for Capcom and tournament organizers to come to an agreement. They've already said they're going to revise the rules and clarify some things because the intent was to streamline the process, not make it more complicated.
