For me, it's when a certain topic is mentioned that I go crazy for some reason. Although when it is mentioned anywhere outside a designated forum for it that I go crazy anyway.

What do I do when I go crazy? I hit myself and make noises. You start to have an indicator when I go crazy when I start to make "spam" topics. No joke, I'm really not playing.

That's why I think I should leave GameFAQs social forums and perhaps other forums for gaming....

I do have a therapist but yeah, I should tell him about this.

That is concerning and if just the mention of said topic is enough to cause you to hit yourself and make noises then I think you shouldn't be on gamefaqs, it doesn't seem like a good environment for you

Yeah. Definitely mention this to a therapist. I've been emotionally invested in topics that ruined my mood. But, never anything like this. I feel silly enough for just letting a topic ruin an already meh mood

I would like to talk to my therapist but its quite expensive to meet him (no, I'm not begging you guys for money or anything like that, don't worry.) I guess maybe my recourse is coming here less often at least.

I guess if you guys say it is really bad, then I have to commit to coming here as sparingly as possible....
