I'm looking at Bain Capital and other crooks' business model and it's pretty fucking brilliant -- "buy" a company while paying very, very, very little or no money for it (by taking on the purchase price as debt against the company), pay yourself ludicrous bonuses from the cash reserves, and then have the company declare bankruptcy after you've raided it & super-loaded it with debt so the bills are unsustainable no matter how well it does, then move onto the next company. Of course, I'm not greedy -- after I take millions or tens of millions for putting a company out of businesses, I'd probably call it quits. A controlling number of shares have to be available for purchase, for starters. I imagine securing a loan for roughly a trillion dollars is pretty hard too even if you're offering up the company as collateral. --- And with that...pow! I'm gone! ... Copied to Clipboard!
