Fully evolved bird: Corviknight > Staraptor > Talonflame
Larval bug: Caterpie > Venipede > Sewaddle
Middle bug: Swadloon > Charjabug > Whirlipede

Gen 5 wins the day as the cocoons get squashed, leaving gens 6 and 7 the only ones without a victory (though both have finished second before).

And it's time for the fully evolved bugs. Lots of wings, lots of antennae, lots of fun!

Close between Beedrill and Vikavolt

Vivillon, and it's not really close except maybe Butterfree.

As cool as Beedrill and Scolipede are, Leavanny was super clutch in my playthrough of Black 2.

All pretty close honestly. Solid overall.
Scolipede > Leavanny > Beedrill > Beautifly > Dustox > Orbeetle > Vivillon > Vikavolt > Butterfree

I really like Scolipede and Vivillon for different reasons. But in a complete vacuum, I believe I'd rate Scolipede higher of the two.

Gotta go with Vivillon here. I managed to collect a full set of every pattern and trading to get them all was pretty fun.

Scolipede is almost my favorite Pokemon. Easy top 10, maybe top 5.

Leavanny is pretty cool, too.

Very tight results so far. I assume there's stuffing going on in all of these btw so don't take the results too seriously, but what can you do *shrug*

Vikavolt is my pick today, which means I must really love its line as I picked it for all 3 days huh. Once again shout-out to Butterfree, and also Vivillon. Viv has an amazing gimmick and I love it for that, but the pokemon's base design itself is only ok imo. I guess you need a good gimmick if you're the only line of your type in all of gen 6 >_>

I love pretty much all of these, especially Leavanny, Vivillon and Vikavolt. Gave my vote to Vika.

First of these polls where I think Gen I is still best.

Beedrill I guess. Much stronger group than the last two though.

Ever since I learned about the Butterfree/Venomoth switch it's kind of ruined both lines for me, otherwise Butterfree might get my vote.

Vikavolt easy. Beedrill is pretty cool too, but pretty meh on the rest

The only ones I've used for a decent amount of time are Vikavolt and Orbeetle, but the latter really dropped off around late game.

Went with Vikavolt.

Yeah I forgot how slow Vikavolt is. Its design is too good though!
