Which version of Vivian are we discussing? Because in the Japanese version they're T, but in the American version they're Cis.

Unless one of those characters is confirmed Cis Het, this would be a difficult question to verify with how wide the definitions for the T and Q are.

Whether or not Angelica is a Lesbian or just likes girls is not really established in Cold Steel so this poll is kind eh.

She may just be really perverted similar to how Olivier makes fun of sertain characters despite obviously not being gay.
I would say no, she's really just harassing the girl characters.

This contrasts significantly to a character like Sylvando who had a major plotline dealing with his sexuality.

Are the sirens even ghosts though? I thought they were minions made by The Shadow Queen instead of, ya know, 'born' or 'raised' or whatever.

I'm also pretty sure that Sylvia's sexual orientation, while IMPLIED to be trans/gay, is not actually confirmed. I don't think it's fair to include a character who is merely implied instead of actually confirmed if only because it can make an issue with ambiguity arise.

For example, in the Japanese version Vivian is Trans/queer/whatever, but in the American version she's firmly a she. However, with Sylvy, it's not actually stated that they are LGBT even though it's very heavily implied that they are. Does this mean I should go off of what I ASSUME to be stereotypical LGBT traits and pick Sylvy despite it not actually being stated, or should I go with Vivian because they are LGBT in the Japanese version of the game but not the American version (which is the version most posters here are familiar with) where they're firmly on the 'straight' side of the line?

I'm sure the answer will surprise me.

Major plot line? I'm going through it right now. Just did the horse race.

I decided to go with Sylvy. Vivian depends on the game version even if one of them would have her, unquestionably, not LGBT+. Sylvy is not confirmed in all versions even if the odds of him not being LGBT+ are insanely small.

the answer was indeed #4. half of you got it wrong. i just used a list i found online to find out what lgbt jrpg characters there are and those other 9 were in it.

Normally I wouldn't disagree, but a case could also be made for Vivian (who is a straight female in the version of the game most GFaq's users are familiar with) and Sylvy (who doesn't actually get it confirmed).

I.E. There's multiple, reasonable, answers.
