I have a legal right to be here at [address redacted] right now and leave safely when I feel I am able. While not legally binding this message should serve as sufficient proof of intent that I do not feel safe when [my mothers boyfriend] enters my home due to fears of repeated documented abuse and trauma of hearing him make love to my mom out of my consent as her son.
It is my attempt to leave as amicably as possible and attain my own residence.
Any attempt at further abuse or retaliation will be promptly reported to the authorities.
If any information is discovered regarding the location of any of my personal legal documents such as birth certificate, passport, social security card, etc, I request access to my documents in a respectful manner.
