It's why Trump lost like 90% of his court cases when it came to deregulation. It's like if they wanted to decriminalize Marijuana and some Southern State Attorney General threw a fit, the SC would likely rule in their favor. How much will actually be good policy? Couldn't tell you. But he's been shown to be rather easily influenced even by the more progressive members of the party and they've apparently done things like wipe out $10 billion in student debt. And I'm always of the mindset that I want to focus 99.9% of my rage towards the biggest pieces of garbage, first.
