Fawful is an eccentric Beanish character and a major antagonist in the Mario & Luigi series. He is a mechanical genius, but his common sense suffers due to his uncontrollable anger, which often causes him to act in a delusional manner.

Yes. Well-written eccentric comedic villain. Meant to be funny because of how ridiculous he is, and achieves that.

I don't like him at all in Superstar Saga. He's better in Bowser's Inside Story but not enough to offset how bad he was in the first game.

Fawful is a great example of a character type that can be splendidly funny if not overused.

(Whereas overuse can make this sort of character excruciating.)
