Did you start eating more again? Are you eating the same stuff you were eating when you were losing weight?

I know for myself... when I started working from home in March 2020, I freaked out when I saw that I gained 20 pounds by September 2020, when I actually had to start going back to work (even just one day a week). I went up from 165 to 185.

I immediately started working out hard and I felt good! But my diet wasn't changing because I was too lazy and I love my nightly beer (got used to it). I did feel better and whatnot but the pounds weren't coming off until I made myself cut back to one beer a week without really tweaking my diet. That's when I started to lose some weight. I dropped back to as low as 175.

But then I injured myself exercising (i'm an idiot) and now I'm back up to 182 while recovering the last few months. Weight is a *****. Good luck.

If you've been overweight for a while the body gets used to it and starts to think its starving while you get to a healthy weight so its really easy to regain.

I probably gained a bit back over the holidays too but I haven't weighed myself in a while. I have been back to working out and fasting this week though.
