No Way Home slightly edges it out for me this year but both are in the same class

Let's be real

Thor & Captain America weren't very good movies either. I'm down for more Shang-Chi. Between this, The Eternals, Loki, WandaVision, and No Way Home though.... I kinda feel like the MCU is trying to kill itself or test its own limits. They're telling like 3 stories about aliens and magic and 3 stories about multiversal law & order which so far not only DONT overlap or connect WHATSOEVER but... Are also actually treading on the toes of Endgame! Wow

cap america 1 was a solid 7/10 title, I hate that it gets lumped into the bottom tier of marvel. It isnt either endgame/iw/nwh and thor dark world/hulk/iron man 2. Shang Chi is better than thor1/cap 1 for sure

I think MCU is going the comics route of having multiple conflicts: cosmic (etrnals/thor), magic/multiversal (strange/wandavision/loki), street level (hawkeye), international (captain america). with some overlap between them.

I'm guessing a select group of these new heroes will be abducted for a Secret Wars thing involving the Fantastic Four, as we get new X-Men on Earth.
