It's your brain noticing your vision doesn't match the motion (or lack of motion) your body is experiencing, and deciding the only possible explanation is poison

Hence trying to force you to throw up said poison

I hear dramamine works well. See if you can get a prescription. I've started to get motion sickness if I read in the back seat of a car or bus, so I just avoid doing those things

I get it too. =(

The worst for me is VR games where you turn.
Like Skyrim, Biohazard 7...
Flying games... And hi-speed racing games... I can't last 2 minutes.

My dad gets motion sickness real bad with many first person games, including Outer Wilds. It's a shame more games don't have a third person option when feasible for accessibility reasons (Talos has this btw).
