Finishing Jesse's noms puts us at 220. Not a grand update, but I have to take a break here, so it shall have to suffice.

Started on kateee's nomination list, I believe I'm at 233. I know I'm taking things a bit slower than I should, but I'm still making steady progress.

Finishing kateee's current nominations and working on CPU's, finished all of his from the first page of this topic (up through SaGa Frontier Battle #5), which puts us at... a number I forgot in spite of having checked it a second ago. *rechecks* 251 by my count.

(Haven't skipped Raka, but from a record keeping standpoint, it's easier to go through all of one nominator's songs at a time instead of bouncing around, so I'll cover CPU & circle back to Raka afterwards).

Also, I just noticed Kopazzynth's sig, so I should try to remember to update my records with their preferred name tomorrow. Making a note here so I hopefully remember to do so.

Couldn't do much yesterday, but I made up for it tonight. Finishing CPU and starting Raka's list brings the total up to 277.

I may dial the updates back to an every other day thing; I need to keep posting to make sure I'm staying on track, but I suppose I don't need to flood the topic quite so much.

Finishing Raka's nominations & the Art Angels album that Player_0 nominated puts us at 316 songs with first reactions. Sadly, I need to take tomorrow (and possibly Sunday) off which will set things back a bit, but at least I made a decent amount of progress before that.

Took last night off, as planned, but went through the Zombie Land album tonight. which brings us to 335 songs & officially clears out every song on the first page.

I'll make a note of that for when I get to your noms. I usually sort the song list by nominator & then go in order nominated by whoever's noms I'm working on, but things get slightly jumbled when songs were replaced--some replacements are slotted in where the original song went and some are at the end of the list, with no internal consistency. (I think whichever song replaced Midnight Confessions is set as the last Mega Mana song I'll get to, while most or all of the other replacement songs are listed much higher).

That's not meant as a complaint, just an explanation that I go by "list order" which should be the same as nominated order for you, as you didn't replace any songs for my... arbitrary data entering methods to scramble things. Still, I'll make a note to be on the safe side anyway.

(Took today off to catch up on Rank the Tracks; did the Linkin Park album + 10 more Mega Mana noms on the previous two days, more precise update tomorrow unless something comes up.)

My playlist has no order, luckily. I listed alphabetically at the outset, so slotting in probably makes it flow better =P

My Delta and Koyaanisqatsi submissions should probably be listened to with reference to rwlh's Delta submission at some point, but it's not a huge deal.

Apologies again. Something came up on Monday and I literally didn't have any time to do anything. Tonight, I just wanted a break after yesterday's stress, so I decided to just get Rank the Tracks out of the way early instead of doung work; back on track tomorrow, hopefully.

Finished Dragon's list and started DoctorJimmy's, getting to 421 songs. I should continue and try to make up some lost time from those two days, but I met my personal goal and want to relax with a snack right now. Not really a good excuse, but it's an honest one.

Finishing DoctorJimmy's list, along with the DEMONDICE & Mori EP's puts us at 447-ish. I'll probably combine Intro & American Saikoro into one song for ranking purposes (a 40 second spoken word intro doesn't really stand on its own, but -does- help American Saikoro stand out a bit more) but then I have to... like renumber things and update info and that sounds like work.

So technically 447/780, but really 446/779 when I actually update that part of things, depending on how you feel like counting it. If for some reason you were counting it.

I hung out with two friends who introduced me to wrestling about eleven years ago, who quit watching a while back though we still watched the Rumble together every year until... 2019? I think? I know they missed Edge's return and Brock Lesnar rumble.

So when we were playing Heads Up last night after D&D, I had a small shock to the system when they didn't know who a certain person was for the WWE category and their clues were, "Isn't he an announcer?" and it's like, guys, guys, come on. It's Adam Cole, baybay. *a shameful thing, those lobster heads*

Luckily when it was their turns after, I knew which names to instantly skip like Bobby Fish, Lio Rush, Kona Reeves, Drake Maverick...

I love Adam Cole. Actually, I had stopped watching for a while, but got back into it thanks to Da Party & Battle of the Brands. AEW's good, but I mostly only tune in in hopes of Cole appearing (thankfully for me, he's still being consistently booked and getting good showings); WWE honestly sucks, but Cesaro & New Day... exist. Swiss is a low-tier jobber, Woods is injured, and Big E has been reduced to "jobber replacement for Woods" but... I'm still dumb enough to turn it on for background noise anyway, I suppose.

First 6 songs from Ark's list listened to, so a bit of progress.

Finishing Ark's nominations seems to put things at 522... somehow. I must have messed up the counting/formatting last update because there's definitely 522 songs with scores now, even though that's a larger number than it looks like there should be.

Taking tomorrow off for Rank the Tracks--I know it's bad form to cut again since I've missed so much this week already, but I want to listen to that album. Also as a heads-up, I have to take next Tuesday off--it's another day where I'm going to be way too busy to try anything.

Finishing everything in post #100 puts us to 533 songs with preliminary scores and gets us through the second page of nominations. Slow but steady progress.

Going through the rest of handsomeboy's selections raises the total to 553 songs. We'll see if I make any more progress tomorrow--hoping to get at least some progress before Tuesday, but I may have to take off Monday and/or Wednesday as well, depending on how things wind up going.

Started rwlh's list and got through the first ten songs (up through Night Crusing), so I did find the time to get a standard day's worth of progress in. Taking tomorrow off for real life stuff and I <i>think</i> I'll use Wednesday to work on Rank the Tracks; back to work on Thursday, hopefuly.

@ZaziGuado , LCD Soundsystem's "Sound of Silver" was also covered on Rank the Tracks, so "All My Friends" isn't exactly new--I have nothing against ranking the song, but if you still wanted to avoid any overlap with Rank the Tracks, you may replace that song at your leisure. Though feel free to keep it as well--I never posted any comments about the song and have nothing against listening to it more, but I really should have asked you about it when you wanted to remove the other song from Rank the Tracks.

Nah Zazi is preferred. Snowpork is just my handle on most everything else on the internet, including Discord and when AIM was a thing, so I just threw it in the signature to have a connectable dot. But I've been Zazi on GameFAQs for 15 years now I think, so I have no desire to change that.

Ah, thank you for the clarification then. Started on cakophon's nominations today, though didn't get as much progress as I had hoped for since I was an hour late starting.. current progress appears to be at 614.

Finished with all of cakophon's posted songs--yesterday wound up being another unplanned day off, so I'm again behind schedule--which I think puts the number at 625.
